Peer review process: all applications will be subjected to a technical review process by external reviewers (3 per application.) Applications will be reviewed through a restricted access review website. Reviewing the application would involve an evaluation of a 10-page project narrative, participant CV and additional materials in the English language based on the criteria described in the Request for Applications (RFA) and providing evaluations in the English language by a certain date. Award decisions will be made by the Jury based on the results of the peer review and external reviewers’ recommendations.

Timeline: June-July 2022. Each reviewer will be given two weeks to evaluate one application. Reviewers may select to review one or more applications.

Peer Reviewer Qualifications:

• Have a PhD and/or significant experience (more than 10 years) conducting research/working in the field.
• Specific expertise in one or more of the following areas: hydrocarbon exploration, production, processing, transportation and storage; liquefied natural gas (LNG); offshore oil and gas; IT Solutions and Digitalization.
• Proficiency in English
